Customer Support Analyst

Aaron has 10+ years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support for a variety of companies providing a high-quality customer experience. Prior to SorWil, he was part of the Workforce Management team as a real-time analyst, providing daily intraday reports to Operations. Analyzing KPI’s and making decisions for Operations on how to reach client’s SLA & performance targets was his daily task as well as coding unscheduled events to reach their staffing metric.

Before that, he went to technical support with Google at Telus International El Salvador and was part of the pioneer team for chat pilot for G Suite (formerly “Google Apps”) in 2015. Before getting into technical support, he worked in customer service for a couple of years, providing high quality support for Zynga & Meteor Entertainment.

As a Solutions Engineer, Aaron combines his extensive background in customer service with their technical acumen to design and implement robust solutions that drive tangible results for clients. Aaron is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering value at every stage of the engagement.
